Notes: Billie kills the Reaper. The deaths in this episode are essentially impossible to count as Chuck destroys an untold number of worlds. We can however infer at least a partial number of realities as well as the number killed. It is revealed through exposition that Chuck built reality after reality centering on Sam and Dean and how things would turn out different if things were tweaked a little as well as several realities without them. In season 13:9 when Kaia is searching for Apocalypse world we see at least 20 other realities. Though since we don’t know how many there are that contain Sam and Dean which would by necessity make their world population similar to our own, we can only go off of the ones we know of for certain. We know there is Apocalypse world, the radio shed reality, One where Lucifer possesses Sam and wreaks havoc, one where Sam gives into his demon blood addiction, one where Dean gets corrupted by the Mark of Cain and doesn’t stop, and one where the Winchesters operate a family business hunting monsters. This would mean that there were at least 6 worlds that would have approximately 7.7 billion destroyed by Chuck. While we cannot realistically approximate the content of supernatural entities within those worlds, we can estimate the number of souls in each of their heavens. In season 14 episode 8 Naomi gives us the number of souls in heaven as being 46,750,000,000. These would all be destroyed in each when their reality collapsed.
