Notes: Castiel kills a Demon, Belphegor kills a Demon, Castiel kills Belphegor, now for the hard part. Belphegor consumes between 250-300 Human Spirits/Demons. Until I can get a frame by frame analysis, I will not be 100% sure on this number. Rowena looks to absorb about 100 more. I will split the kills between the two categories because for whatever reason even though exposition states that both are released, the Demons do not have their trademark black smoke look so it is impossible to differentiate.
